After i update my dcom, i got force logout. When i try to log in to the account, it says i need otp code, but i don't receive any otp code at all. Now i can't log in to my account and all my money is in there.

i am still waiting from your website to answer my simple question. your "follow the picture" on how to setup the authenticator is small and blurry and i don't get any notIfication (MISSING STEP 1) where i can answer YES OR NO. how do you think i can proceed to STEP 2 UNTIL STEP 4?!
